Refund Policy
Refund and cancellation rules for ApexStream paid plans.

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to subscription fees for ApexStream Cloud paid plans purchased through our website or dashboard billing.
Free plans are not charged and are not subject to refunds.
2. Trials & upgrades
When a trial or promotional period applies, you will not be charged until the trial ends unless you upgrade earlier. Upgrading during a trial may start billing immediately for the selected plan.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from the billing area of the dashboard or by contacting support@apexstream.org. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to paid features typically continues until the end of the current billing period.
We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
4. Refund eligibility
If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong plan, or charge after cancellation), contact us within fourteen (14) days of the charge. Approved billing errors are refunded to the original payment method.
Except for billing errors or where law requires otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, including when usage limits were available but not consumed.
5. Usage-based charges
Overage or usage-based fees, where applicable, are generally non-refundable because they reflect delivered infrastructure capacity and metering already incurred.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing issues. Accounts associated with abusive chargebacks may be suspended.
